Sprockets and standard oil-field hubs and field coils disconnected and removed. Shot blast and prime motor casing (internal/external), steam clean and oven dry field coils & armature, varnish and bake individual & complete field coil assemblies and armature.
Machine and undercut armature and dynamically balance G2.5 Grade. New anti-con heaters, OEM brush boxes, bearings, brushes, gaskets and fixing bolts fitted. Paint motors and internals with anti-track enamel to required specification.
Full run and test witnessed by client.
