TDC’s Precision Machining division operates from 10,000 sq ft premises, which are fully-equipped to provide a range of machine applications. TDC can manufacture one off specials to volume production runs.

PRECISION MACHINING - OVERVIEW
TDC’s Precision Machining division provides a comprehensive range of machining solutions to a wide range of industries, including; Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Marine, Food, Power Generation, Transport, Paper Manufacture and Water Industries.
With our skilled personnel, experienced management and engineering teams and extensive range of machinery available, TDC can manufacture components to your exact requirements. From engineering drawings, repair and modification work, specialist components, and manufacture of previously obsolete parts, TDC can help extend the life of your equipment.
We have manual Centre Lathes used to ensure one off specials are offered as part of our wide range of services. Small modifications through to large one off pieces can be produced. Where higher quantities are required, TDC hold several NC Centre Lathes producing items to exact requirements and client drawings or international standards.
